ORAL EXAM: AT A RESTAURANT

ROLE PLAY: AT A RESTAURANT

For your next oral exam you are going to act out a role play in groups of 2/3. This is the situation:
- One of you will be the waiter/waitress and another one will be the customer. The customer will order a full meal with starters, a main course, a side dish, and a dessert.
- You have to create a menu on a card with at least 5 meals for each of these sections:
    1. Appetizers /Starters
    2. Main Courses
    3. Side dishes
    4. Desserts
    5. Drinks

- The menu should include on the front page: the name of the restaurant, the town where it is located, its address and phone number and a photo/drawing. Each meal should include the name of the dish; the main ingredients (only for main courses); and the price.
- With your/s partner/s; create a dialogue between waiter/waitress and customer/s.
1. Order a full meal
2. Pose a problem: food is cold, a hair in your food, glass isn´t clean,etc..
3.  Ask for the bill
4. Be polite at all times!

Hand it in to your teacher by Wednesday 13th March so she can correct mistakes before returning it back to you.
- You have to act out your dialogue in font of the class on Wednesday 20th March.  You will use the menu you created as a prop for your role play.
